Our Safeguarding Policy has been created to ensure that all of our students are safe and free from harm. Our staff are regularly trained and our policies and practices are in line with the Local Safeguarding Board.

Krunch commits to ensuring that support is offered to any young person who has been abused or harmed and that this support reflects the individual child’s language, religious beliefs and any disability/difficulty the child may experience.

Krunch has a full raft of policies to keep children, staff and visitors safe and well.  We have COVID-19 responsive policies and risk assessments in place for remote/virtual mentoring, which are available on request, as we adhere to current social distancing guidelines.  These policies and risk assessments will be reviewed regularly as the government guidance continues to change.

The safeguarding officer at Krunch is Lynsey Grant.

She can be contacted at Krunch Office and any matter can be discussed with her in complete confidence.

I have been delighted with the success of these initial referrals and would not hesitate to refer other young people to Krunch. Ivan particularly impressed with the quality of mentoring and the genuine warmth displayed by Krunch staff in offering acceptance and support to my clients.
