Krunch UK is governed by a committed group of knowledgeable trustees with experience in a wide range of sectors of society and employment. The trustees meet on a regular basis and offer valuable support and accountability to the organisation in all areas, such as working policy, finance, staff and strategic planning .

Phil Ball - Chair of Trustees
Phil Ball is currently The Salvation Army’s Deputy Territorial Youth and Children’s Secretary leading a team to support the provision of local youth and children’s services in over 600 centres and churches throughout the United Kingdom with Ireland.
Phil formerly worked for Limitless Elim and with Chapel St Community Schools Trust to build learning communities to deliver excellence in education.
Phil’s wide ranging skills include building and leading high performing teams and leaders, change and project Management, CPD Training, Strategic Development Planning, Supervision and Coaching.

Laura Nott
Laura is the Regional Hubs Manager for the UK’s ovarian cancer support charity, Ovacome. Previously, she has worked in Sandwell as a Probation Officer and in several voluntary sector management roles.
Laura is married to Matt, a local baptist minister and is the designated safeguarding lead for King’s Community Church, Oldbury.
Laura has seen Krunch grow from the early days and is committed to using her therapeutic and project management skills to benefit the Krunch staff team and the young people they support.

John Spafford
As a qualified Chartered Certified accountant with 20 years of accountancy experience, John contributes to the financial knowledge and understanding of Krunch at the strategic level.
Working full time for a midlands based firm of accountants, John has provided accountancy support for Krunch since 2003, and became a trustee in 2007.
John and his wife Netta have 3 children, Judah, Esmai and Malachi are part of the Birmingham Vineyard church.
